Briana Scales is a Detroit-born, San Francisco–based jazz and soul vocalist with a rich performance background spanning concert halls, studio sessions, and major live events. She has performed at venues nationally and internationally, including Carnegie Hall and SFJAZZ, and has sung background vocals alongside artists such as Aretha Franklin, Sweet Honey in the Rock, and Al Green, as well as performing at events for organizations including the MLB and NFL.

Trained in vocal performance, Briana is also a cellist with extensive ensemble experience as a performer and educator. Her performances combine musical sophistication with emotional depth, drawing from jazz tradition, soul expression, and a lifelong dedication to the arts.
